About ANDREW
Andrew is a business executive, veteran, and advocate for leadership development and veteran well-being. He currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Treasurer of Mass Pavement Reclamation and holds leadership positions across several civil infrastructure and construction materials companies, bringing more than 30 years of management and organizational leadership experience.
Andrew served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1997 and later in the Massachusetts Air National Guard from 2000 to 2003, including service in support of Operation Noble Eagle following the events of September 11, 2001. His military service instilled a lifelong commitment to supporting fellow veterans and strengthening the communities they return to serve.
Academically, Andrew earned an Executive MBA with Distinction and will begin doctoral studies in Business Administration this fall. His emerging research interests focus on emotional intelligence, neuroscience-informed leadership, and the development of self-awareness and self-regulation skills that help individuals navigate adversity, build resilience, and strengthen human connection. He is particularly passionate about exploring how these principles can improve the well-being of veterans facing personal and mental health challenges.
Andrew combines executive leadership experience, military service, and a commitment to lifelong learning to support the organization’s mission of providing hope, healing, and meaningful connection to veterans and their families. He is passionate about helping veterans strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and purpose, and believes that meaningful relationships and supportive communities are fundamental to healing, personal growth, and long-term well-being.
